Elly and her staff, Stef, Danni and Rita welcome all to this warm friendly pub hidden away on the green in Stowupland. Elly is also the chef and offers a wide range of good home cooked food ( you will never leave the Retreat hungry!!) The Retreat has a seperate non smoking dining room and lounge bar. meals are served-
tues-sat 12 - 2pm , 6 - 8.30pm
sunday lunch (roast dinners only) 12 - 2pm (please book)
snacks start from £2.95
childrens menu starts at £4.25
specials served daily (same price day and night starting at £4.95)

We also take large bookings up to 24 people and also buffet's for any occation.

Sadly Elly and her staff have left the retreat after Greeneking made it impossible for Elly to live with the amount of bills she kept getting in, you can however find Elly working in the stag so she hasnt vanished from the pub scene, she just isnt a landlady anymore!
