moving to stowmarket

As I am thinking of buying a property in Stowmarket and would appreciate it if you could tell me if there is any trouble there.ie yougsters hanging around drinking etc. I would like to live near the town centre for convenience but can imagine it being the place where they would congregate, is this so? I do hope not as I thought it a charming little town.Cynthia
