thanks for comments. Actually reason for moving up is because one of parents needs to come and live with us. Fed up with London, want to be a little more in the country, thought Suffolk might be nice. Aware of the tunnel closure in the Summer, but hopefully would be after that as not sold yet!! Needham is not an area I have explored yet, but will do on next visit.
